Let’s be real: It’s super hard to catch all the opportunities - anyone in Web3 knows this. There are so many opportunities like airdrops, token sales, NFT pre-sales, trading, gaming airdrop airdrops, gaming tournaments, community events, alpha groups, early project access, and more. With bigger potential gains, people are trying to maximize profits, and newbies want in. It’s really overwhelming, but the hardest part is deciding which opportunities to focus on.

This is my third bull run. in 2017, I watched mostly from the sidelines for a long time before investing in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. I lost almost everything in 2018 and almost quit because watching my portfolio was brutal. In 2021, I learned and made some profits. I re-entered in 2023 and now I feel prepared and ready for this.

In the following, I will share my strategies for navigating this bull run successfully - avoiding overwhelm and maximizing gains.

1. Use the 10x Rule

This really narrows your focus. Only pursue opportunities that can make a 10x gain on your investment. If not, skip it. The rule roks for any budget. For $1,000, will it make $10,000 in a reasonable time? Like farming airdrops - if $1,000 won’t make at least $10k, don’t bother. Most protocols lock up your capital anyway. Same for meme coins or promising NFTs - look for 10x potential flips.

2. Make a Skill Plan

Make a plan matching your skills to the best opportunities. This strategic framework helps identify where you can excel as your skills and the market evolve, keeping you at the forefront of potential gains.

3. Follow Top Builders & Creators

Following leading builders and creators can help discover promising projects early. They often have success and will bring innovative ideas and community following to new ventures. Use Twitter to keep up with them and get early access to opportunities by engaging.

4. Become a Niche Expert

Specializing deeply in one niche like DeFi, certain NFTs, gaming, or a blockchain is key for wealth. Deep expertise lets you spot subtleties others miss for identifying undervalued assets, predicting trends, and making fast informed decisions.

5. Build a Focused Network

Network with people sharing your niche interest on social media, Reddit, Discord, etc. Engaging these communities lets you share valuable info, learn experiences, and sometimes get exclusive opportunities. A focused network amplifies relevant insights.

6. Use Time Wisely

Time is your most precious resource. Set aside focused time blocks for your niche - research, project reviews, smart contract audits, etc. Avoid multitasking and frequent switching which kills focus and efficiency.

7. Practice Strategic Ignorance

In an info-overloaded world, knowing what to ignore is as important as what to focus on. Consciously overlook info, opportunities, or trends outside your niche to avoid distractions.

8. Evolve with the Market

While staying focused, adapt as Web3 evolves. Your niche might transform or you may find sub-niches with greater potential. Regularly review and refine your focus area to align with market direction and wealth goals.

9. Stay Disciplined

Web3's highs and lows can be emotionally intense. Maintaining laser focus requires discipline to avoid knee-jerk reactions to market swings. Cultivate patience, resilience, and long-term perspective-focused strategic actions compound over time to build wealth.

Conclusion

The key is having a focused wealth-maximizing strategy for this bull run instead of spreading it too thin. Make a plan leveraging your strengths in specific Web3 areas. Build a strong network in your niche and ignore outside noise. Execute your strategy with discipline but evolve as needed. If you can maintain laser focus while managing stress and FOMO, you'll be set up for major wins. Pace yourself - it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Vallarok has just hit its first big goal, and it feels amazing! We've worked super hard to create the very first version of our project, and even though we're super tired, we're also really proud. This big step shows how much we believe in making something special.

This journey has been all about growing and getting better, way more than just making money. We've all changed and learned so much, and seeing everyone get better at what they do makes me super proud.
